A new season and a lot to be grateful for.

As we step into autumn, we’re finding ourselves at the beginning of a new chapter. 

For us, that means looking ahead and dreaming about what could be, while also looking back at everything that brought you here in the first place. And it's important that as we grow, we never lose the essence of who we are.

At the heart of our bakery has always been the same thing: creating beautiful, delicious gluten-free food and making you feel that there is a place here for you. We always strive to keep that feeling, the little details, the familiar faces, the warmth, and the care that has made this place what it is.

To everyone who has been coming through our doors, recommending us to a friend, bringing someone new in, returning for your favourite pastry, sharing our food, or simply choosing to spend part of your day with us, thank you. 

Your support has allowed us to dream a little bigger.

So as we make these changes and try new things, we hope our gratitude is something you can feel, not only in the food we make, but in the way we welcome you, the care we put into what we produce, and the way we treat every person who walks through our doors.

This autumn, we’re opening a little earlier and making space for new morning routines. Here’s to growing, while staying true to who we are.
