At Happy Atelier, we create handcrafted gluten-free bread, bagels, pastries, hamburger buns, hot dog buns and more for restaurants, cafés, bakeries and other food businesses across Stockholm. We believe gluten-free should never mean compromising on quality, texture or flavour.

Our bakery is 100% free from wheat, starch, oats and lactose. Every product is made by hand in small batches, using carefully selected ingredients and the same attention to detail that goes into everything we bake. Our goal is simple: to create gluten-free products that are delicious and made to be enjoyed by everyone.

Our range includes gluten-free loaves, rolls, bagels, hamburger buns, hot dog buns, pastries and other baked goods. FAQ

Are all your products gluten-free?

Yes! Everything we bake is 100% gluten-free and made in a fully gluten-free kitchen.

Are all your products lactose-free?

Everything we bake is 100% lactose-free.

However, products that contain cheese (like Västerbottensost® or Gouda in sandwiches) are not lactose-free.

Do you offer vegan options?

Absolutely. We offer a wide selection of vegan treats, clearly marked online and in-store.

Are your products fresh or frozen?

Everything we sell is made from scratch and freshly baked.

However, we also offer a small selection of freshly baked and frozen bread in-store — perfect if you need to stock up or plan ahead.

Do you use oats in your baking?

No — all of our baked goods are completely oat-free, and we do not use oats in our kitchen at all. We're the only bakery in Stockholm with a fully oat-free facility, making it safe for those who are sensitive or allergic.

We do, however, sell a few prepackaged retail items (like chocolate or snack bars) that may contain gluten-free oats, but these are made and packed in certified facilities elsewhere in Europe — never handled in our bakery.

How far in advance do I need to order a cake?

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cake orders — ideally 48 hours.
